Kennards Self Storage - Murarrie

I’d never used self-storage before and was a bit hesitant about the whole process. But I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was! I signed up online in just a few minutes, headed down to the storage facility, got a quick tour, and within 10 minutes had my boxes stored and was on my way.

We're only new to the 'storage world' over the last month but we found the whole process from the first phone call to moving in really smooth and the staff were very friendly and helpful and made sure we had a unit size and location that suited our needs. I also appreciated the follow up phone call to check how we were doing. So far, so good!

I highly recommend Kennards Self Storage Murarrie! The facility is top-notch. Impeccably clean, air-conditioned, and extremely secure. The 24/7 access is once convenient, and the layout makes it super easy to get in and out without hassle. The staff are fantastic! Friendly, approachable, and always willing to help.

I had issues with an ex-housemate and needed to move the remainder of their stuff out of my place so that they would not keep hounding me in dribs and drabs to get some of their belongings as it suited them. I was actually surprised at how cheap Kennard's storage fees are and that they could accommodate everything I needed, including separate access codes for both of us (so that they couldn't accuse me of ever going back to the locker and taking stuff once I'd moved it all in - it's all monitored) and the ability for my ex-housemate to take over ownership of the container at any time. Kennards could also arrange for the goods to be handled by them as uncollected goods if they were not collected by a specified date that I was no longer prepared to pay storage beyond and the owner had been informed of it ahead of time. It's almost like they'd dealt with this kind of thing before! The staff was excellent to deal with and they provided me far more help than I expected. Thoroughly recommend using Kennards Murrarie to everyone who needs any form of storage, they've got bespoke options for nearly every need.
