Incredible staff! Grace is a superstar and so so helpful! They have everything you need for moving, hiring a trolley just for the day and the best storage prices. Five stars from me.

Had a lovely experience today as I haven't been in warehouse since 2013 and had no key to go into my storage! Lucas was beyond lovely, attentive, friendly and very helpful ☺️. He was lovely and very good at customer service. 👏 I think he deserves a pay rise 😉

Fantastic experience. Shout out to Ben who assisted with the refund of used and new boxes after my recent move. Service was amazing, seamless and felt (basically) free. Paid ~$80 for boxes, they refund about $54 considering I used half of them and received a full refund for the ones I didn't use. Top notch service and experience. I'll be back.

I can’t thank Henny enough for her kindness and support today. I am a regular customer at Kennards with a storage container, and today I dropped my keys down the elevator shaft. I was so stressed and Henny went above and beyond to help me, she found me a magnet and string and stayed by my side for over an hour helping me fish my keys out with a string! She even gave me a credit for my account. I’m so thankful she was there, she’s an extremely kind and professional person, and I can’t recommend going to Kennards Fortitude Valley enough. My business associate has been storing with Kennards for sometime now and having been assisting him with stock I feel I ought to write a review. Not only are the staff here down to earth but also polite and professional. With tea and coffee as well as a small six seat board room available for client use we've found that making use of the space is a nice break from real work! Office is serviced 9 to 5 and my associate is pleased with the rate and security. Located close to the city near to Tenerife, Newfarm, the Valley and Bowen Hills this location is handy for many postcodes. They offer several loading zones suitable for small trucks and folks towing trailers too. I recommend this Kennards for your storage needs.
