Kennards Self Storage - Coorparoo

Cooper here. I rang late and Sean happily obliged to wait for me to arrive and greeted me with enthusiasm and respect. Best service ever much appreciated and will definitely refer to anyone who needs. I hope Sean enjoyed his meal which I made him late for.

As a new e-commerce business, I was nervous about getting set up, especially because it was last minute, but the team made everything incredibly simple and stress-free. Their customer service goes above and beyond, and they genuinely care about making things as easy as possible. We had a fantastic experience at Kennard's Self Storage Coorparoo and would definitely recommend their service. We were in a real dilemma with moving between houses with a few weeks between our lease dates, and Adam was so helpful and really made the stress of it seem not so bad. We ended up not needing the full month, and they refund you for the time you didn't use, so this was such a practical option for us. We will be back next time we need to store anything. Popped there to process a return. Shaun was super nice and helpful! Although there was some issues with one of the parcels, he went above and beyond to fix things up. I could see how patient and helpful he was with other customers too! Highly recommend this centre and Kennards!
