Pieta was incredibly helpful—almost too polite and friendly! Not only did she guide me through the entire Amazon returns process, but she also took the time to assemble each individual box herself. Absolutely cannot recommend her enough.

Another move DONE!! Five moves in seven years... KENNARDS Cleveland for four moves and our faithful go to spot!!! We always buy second hand boxes and 20+ new ones - love their buy back program, $$ back in my pocket and of course recycle the older ones. Friendly and helpful customer service every single time!!

Chris and Pieta have been awesome with their service. It’s my first time renting a storage unit and they have answered all the questions I have. Amazing consistent follow up from their team as well, as a busy person you do tend to forget these things and the check ins really allowed me to just finally get it all sorted. I highly recommend them and also the facility.
