Kennards Self Storage - Cleveland

Each time I have been to Kennards, staff have been friendly and knowledgeable. That have a great choice of boxes and packing material. They are also a drop off point to return goods to Amazon, which is really helpful as they are open seven days and make returning super easy. Definitely recommend .

Couldn't ask for a better facility, nice clean and spacious units, like the fact it has a toilet and coffee making on site. I loved the safety,security and 24 hour access. Customer service is 5 stars, very friendly and helpful. I would recommend Kennards Storage Cleveland to anyone in need of storage. If I ever need storage again I would gladly use your facility. Another move DONE!! Five moves in seven years... KENNARDS Cleveland for four moves and our faithful go to spot!!! We always buy second hand boxes and 20+ new ones - love their buy back program, $$ back in my pocket and of course recycle the older ones. Friendly and helpful customer service every single time!!

Pieta was incredibly helpful—almost too polite and friendly! Not only did she guide me through the entire Amazon returns process, but she also took the time to assemble each individual box herself. Absolutely cannot recommend her enough.
