I regularly return my Amazon parcels at Kenard’s Self Storage in Cleveland, and the process is always smooth and efficient. The staff are incredibly friendly, making everything quick and easy. I highly recommend trying Kenard’s for your storage and parcel needs!

Chris was incredibly helpful, guiding me through the options and making the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Another move DONE!! Five moves in seven years... KENNARDS Cleveland for four moves and our faithful go to spot!!! We always buy second hand boxes and 20+ new ones - love their buy back program, $$ back in my pocket and of course recycle the older ones. Friendly and helpful customer service every single time!!

We were extremely impressed with the level of customer service from Peta the onsite manager. The ease of securing a storage u it was seamless. We had a stumbling block however Peta had the ability to troubleshoot and sort it out without any drama. The site is extremely clean and has tea and coffee making facilities. We were so happy that we chose Kennards at Ormiston. Big bonus is that you only pay for the time you need the space.

Each time I have been to Kennards, staff have been friendly and knowledgeable. That have a great choice of boxes and packing material. They are also a drop off point to return goods to Amazon, which is really helpful as they are open seven days and make returning super easy. Definitely recommend .
