Kennards Self Storage - Chermside

First time using Kennards for my parcel pick up and Amazing service by Daryl. It's so good that you can pick up your parcel in the weekend. Not many places do that!

Michael was a very patient and thoughtful help with packing two huge baby bouncers. He used lateral thinking to pull them apart safely with no instructions, held the door open for us to safely transport them to the car and went above and beyond. We have been busy but wanted to leave a five star review for his excellent friendly service, which is getting hard to find in Brisbane these days. Nice clean store, cheap prices, air con, a clean bathroom, vending machine and good places to park close to the office. Thanks again for making our lives just that little bit easier on a stressful day. Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very easy move in flowed effortlessly. Paper work to move in only took a few minutes. Infact in the extremely short time it took me to walk around in the office and choose my new sized cartons that I must say I was very taken by as they were in between a booky and a tea chest sized carton. Perfect for exactly what I needed. Just the perfect size. Then I was informed of the features of the centre and the alarms Highly professional management made it simple and easy. As an Ex removal business owner and as an ex storage centre manager responsible for the take over of an old millers site at Belifeld in Sydney I had low.expectations of an older site how ever I actually found the cleanliness of the centre to be faultless. Even when I opened the storage unit it was impeccably clean and even dust free. I know Chermside is an older site how ever it is great to see that even an older site can still be kept looking modern and amazingly clean and to be totally honest if I hadn't of known I would of actually thought it was brand new. When it came to availability of flat bed trolleys there were ample and they were super easy to locate. Thank you to the staff involved for making my move a faultless and amazingly flawless move in. I highly recommend storing with Kennards and their amazing abilities to cater to customers needs

A faultless experience. I cannot recommend Kennards at Chermside more highly. My storage unit was immaculately clean and following Michael and Daryl’s advice- exactly the right size, which saved me considerably. Michael booked me the complimentary trailer, which also saved me considerably. Both Michael and Daryl went absolutely out of their way to make sure that moving my things in went as smoothly and as efficiently as possible, and as a result, I was able to finish everything in one day. Michael & Team at Chermside were calm, helpful and easy to deal with. We stored with them for over a year and had absolutely no issues. Site is easy to access and as all on one level no stairs etc to navigate. Recommended.
