Kennards Self Storage - Chermside

Michael was a very patient and thoughtful help with packing two huge baby bouncers. He used lateral thinking to pull them apart safely with no instructions, held the door open for us to safely transport them to the car and went above and beyond. We have been busy but wanted to leave a five star review for his excellent friendly service, which is getting hard to find in Brisbane these days. Nice clean store, cheap prices, air con, a clean bathroom, vending machine and good places to park close to the office. Thanks again for making our lives just that little bit easier on a stressful day. Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They are absolutely amazing, always willing to give me a hand with everything I'm needing, completely understanding when emergencies pop up and needing extra time with payments. Always easy to communicate with making the first move super easy and always will to help up or down size. The very best part is that no matter what is happening I know I can walk in and I'm always greeted with a smile and a helping hand. They treat you more like a friend then an customer. Would recommend to anyone and everyone when asked about storage units.

Always the best place to leave your goods. I parked my car here and all my treasures and when the flooding occurred nothing was touched. All was safe and dry and the guys at Chermside Kennards are great. Easyto pay the fee either online or go in. The guys at Kennards are good to deal with too.

Very polite, very efficient. Purchased a half garage for a last minute move and not only did they help make the process smooth but the storage lock up was secure and once our storage was picked up we were refunded the remaining money left on the account making this a very cheap option for a move. 10/10 service
