Kennards Self Storage - Warrawong

If you're looking for self storage, this is the best place. From start to finish the process was easy. Staff were all very helpful amd understood what and why it was needed. Needed to hire for my parents as they were moving from the north coast. I was shown all the available 3/4 garage size units available to choose the best one for my elderly parents to access. Got an inside unit right next to the entrance. The unit was clean and great price. Access to the whole facility is easy. A large removal truck was used and it manoeuvred down the main driveways with ease. Can't say enough good things about this place. Will definately use them again when we need to. The staff at the Warrawong facility are absolutely amazing. I am always greeted by Maria each morning with the warmest of smiles, Rhys is always ready and willing to help me sort my packages and ensures that I am always promptly notified upon their arrival which is extremely helpful and Kristy although sometimes we have to share her with other locations she's a great conversationalist who is always coming up with new ways to resolve issues in the most calmest of ways ensuring least amount of awkwardness or uncomfortable ness involved.... A very handy personality trait to have .. as for Angus well he left us naughty bugger so I guess he goes back into my turtle tank now xox (inside joke) Thanks guys for always being amazing and readily on hand for me if I need yas an given my current circumstances to date it couldn't be more appreciated and grateful of U all if I tried ... Kristy and Maria are professional and friendly. They really know their stuff about storage and we’re very helpful regarding our storage needs.
