I really loved the friendly and kind person at the counter who greeted me happily and even opened the gate and helped to place my parcel in the car. Also they are efficient in sending the emails and msgs as soon as they receive your parcel and keep it safe and check your identity and confirms it’s belong to you. You can tell he takes immense pride in what he does, and it shows in the exceptional service he delivers. I placed an urgent order for packing boxes to transport some glassware for an upcoming wedding, and to my delight, it arrived the same day – personally handled by Alex. Despite the rain, he ensured everything was carefully wrapped and protected from the elements. The products arrived in perfect condition, I couldn't be happier and more thankful!!
