Kennards Self Storage - Rydalmere

Renee at Rydalmere was fantastic! We arrived 10 min before the office closed on a Sunday afternoon to rent a unit, she was really generous with her time and by the time we left, we had a unit and enough boxes etc to get us started. Thank you so much for your help!

My experience with Kennards and the staff that work there was amazing. Special props to Renee who was more than happy to show my wife and I around to all the available units for inspection, providing us with detailed descriptions and information about each unit, allowing us to take our time. Super accomodating! This facility is also easily accessible which is great especially when you're moving things in and out of your storage, with multiple coded gates to enter the facility. Very friendly service and would highly recommend this storage centre to anyone who is looking for an easy solution to their storage needs.

My experience at Kennards was great. I was particularly impressed with how clean the entire facility was, which always gives peace of mind when storing your belongings. On top of that, the accessibility was well-thought-out, making it super easy to get my items in and out. A truly positive storage solution! Not often I give 5 stars, but it was a fantastic experience. Had to move a bunch of stuff into storage rather quickly, filled out the form online Sunday night and was in the unit Monday morning, basically took next to no effort to get the unit. Arriving on site, the staff there were great, explained everything I'd need as well as how it all works. After sales was also great, wasn't hassled by anyone ever except to ask if I wanted to continue with the insurance (first month was free). i.e. no upselling or anything like that. There is someone on site 7 days a week (not 24 hours) and so if you do need anything, they're quite available. We moved out on a Saturday night and took everything with us, on Sunday they called (we had no lock on our door) and asked if we were moving out, and something rather expected happened. They refunded the remainder of our rent for the month and it was a very quick conversation (again no upselling)!. I cant entirely comment on price because trying to get a price out of anyone else was rather painful, everyone else who even had a website wanted personal details just to tell me anything and no one else was even available on a Sunday. It really was a great experience in a convenient location.
