Kennards Self Storage - Rydalmere

My experience at Kennards was great. I was particularly impressed with how clean the entire facility was, which always gives peace of mind when storing your belongings. On top of that, the accessibility was well-thought-out, making it super easy to get my items in and out. A truly positive storage solution! I would like to thank Tarun and Flex for helping me with all my needs! Cheers fellas!

Not often I give 5 stars, but it was a fantastic experience. Had to move a bunch of stuff into storage rather quickly, filled out the form online Sunday night and was in the unit Monday morning, basically took next to no effort to get the unit. Arriving on site, the staff there were great, explained everything I'd need as well as how it all works. After sales was also great, wasn't hassled by anyone ever except to ask if I wanted to continue with the insurance (first month was free). i.e. no upselling or anything like that. There is someone on site 7 days a week (not 24 hours) and so if you do need anything, they're quite available. We moved out on a Saturday night and took everything with us, on Sunday they called (we had no lock on our door) and asked if we were moving out, and something rather expected happened. They refunded the remainder of our rent for the month and it was a very quick conversation (again no upselling)!. I cant entirely comment on price because trying to get a price out of anyone else was rather painful, everyone else who even had a website wanted personal details just to tell me anything and no one else was even available on a Sunday. It really was a great experience in a convenient location.

I couldn't be happier with my storage experiences at Kennards Rydalmere. This is my second time using the space and both times I found the booking experience and the responsiveness of staff excellent. The whole area is clean and well maintained, easy to access with good security. I won't hesitate to use this space again if needed

Kennards Rydalmere storages are well maintained, nice and clean. We started with them early May. The "sign up" process is easy and clear. Staff Tarun & Flex are very friendly, professional & efficient. Access in & out of the gate/ storage area is straight forward, for loading of luggage to our chosen storage unit -the lift is conveniently at the entry of the storage building which is under shelter, well designed and a saviour when it rained. We've truly enjoyed the service very much and highly recommend Kennards Rydalmere. Karen and Lily/Xiao.

First timer using the storage facility and courteous staff members made the move and ongoing access so easy. After the initial move, Rydalmere branch staff member called to check in if there was any difficulties- I said "none" and could not be more happier with my decision to select my storage at Kennard Rydalmere. Great location to access and great value (I ran quotation with few places) comes with supportive staff members. I must emphasis it all comes down to the service -the staff member provides, my hats off to all of you :)
