I just wanted to say how impressed I am with the service at ParcelPoint Prospect. The female staff member there is absolutely amazing — always professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Every time I visit, she goes above and beyond to assist with a great attitude and a smile. It’s rare to find such consistently excellent customer service. I’m always happy with the support I receive from her. Highly recommend this location!

The storage facility is extremely neat and clean—very well maintained. Ilesh, the manager, was absolutely amazing. He explained everything in detail and made the entire process simple and stress-free. Excellent customer service and a great overall experience. Highly recommend!

The customer service from manager Ilesh at this storage centre is extremely excellent. I’m really happy with his service especially the way he communicates; very polite, respectful and friendly. I can recommend him to anyone that’s in need of storage. I have used the centre on multiple occasions and the experience has been very good always

The best self storage. Very clean and secured. We leased for over 5 years. Customer service is good. Receiving area is also well organise.
