Kennards Self Storage - Prospect

I recently upgraded my storage unit to a bigger size and Pratika was very helpful with the process. She not only provided advice and showed me different options that would suit my needs. She also let me have two days to move into my upgraded storage unit and provided me with a spare lock as I moved back and forth. She also came to check on me to ask if I needed help throughout the process. I will highly recommend Kennards and I’ve been with them since 2022. The place is secure, clean and easily accessible no matter what time you go in.

I just wanted to say how impressed I am with the service at ParcelPoint Prospect. The female staff member there is absolutely amazing — always professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Every time I visit, she goes above and beyond to assist with a great attitude and a smile. It’s rare to find such consistently excellent customer service. I’m always happy with the support I receive from her. Highly recommend this location!

The storage facility is extremely neat and clean—very well maintained. Ilesh, the manager, was absolutely amazing. He explained everything in detail and made the entire process simple and stress-free. Excellent customer service and a great overall experience. Highly recommend!
