Kennards Self Storage - Penrith

The team at Kennards Self Storage Penrith were incredibly helpful. Kim showed me to a number of units and allowed me to take my time choosing one. Nothing was too difficult, and everything was carefully explained. Kim even pointed out services I was not thinking about (use of rubbish disposal bins on site - for a fee) but would be very helpful. The site is modern, well maintained and has room to park and unload/load your vehicle without blocking the way for others. The units are easy to access, well ventilated and flat bed trolleys are available to use. 10 out of 10

I accompanied my daughter to the Penrith facility recently to set up her new storage locker. The layout is open, clean, easy to access, and very secure. We were greeted and assisted by Renee and Kim, who made the entire process easy and fun. These ladies are two of the best staff members I have had the pleasure to deal with, anywhere, ever (they honestly make you feel like family). I highly recommend that if you are in need of a storage solution, definitely consider Kennards Storage Penrith.

Renee sorted us this morning with the perfect storage solution and even a free trailer to pickup the items to be stored. She was very friendly and helpful in every way. The storage was booked, items picked up stored and locked securely in a couple of hours.

The absolute best, most helpful and kind staff. They always know exactly what I need and are happy to accomodate the best they can to last minute arrangements etc. I will always without a doubt recommend these guys for their incredible customer service alone. I have used these storage units a few times and am always happy with the security and quality of them.

I needed a short term rental while I was moving houses. David was excellent to deal with. He gave me multiple options of size and ease of access to suit my needs and budget. He was so helpful I thought he was going to move my furniture for me.
