Outstanding service from the outset by the customer service rep all the way to the friendly and helpful delivery driver. I had everything packed up ready to go, the box was delivered, I packed it and it was taken away all within 30 mins. The boxes appear small however hold a surprising amount. I fit a king bed set, side tables, mattress, 10 large (140L+) moving boxes, golf clubs, swag and still had decent amount of space to spare. Would highly recommend

This is the second time that we have used Taxi box and have no hesitation in using them again in the future. A very cost effective way of relocating your belongings inter-state! We received excellent and friendly service from both the drivers in Sydney and Brisbane. Danny looked after us in Brisbane and dropped of the box to our carparking space in the underground garage (noting that he had just enough clearance with 2.3m). He was professional, friendly and very efficient. I can not remember the name of the driver in Sydney, but he was also extremely professional. (German heritage). Thank you

Absolutely fantastic service. Excellent with updates for delivery and pick up. All went super smoothly. I would highly recommend TAXIBOX to anyone moving or storing. Easy enough to do it yourself, like us. Or assistance option is available.

Amazing service. This was our third time using taxibox and we had a last minute change to one of our two taxi boxes for an interstate move and Francis from customer service went above and beyond to help us find a solution. I highly recommend the company and thank you Francis for all your help.
