I used taxibox to move interstate. The process was easy, no stress and no breakages or losses as all my belonging were packed by me and locked up securely. I strongly recommend getting a quote and considering using taxibox when you move interstate.

This is the 3rd time I've used Taxi Box and I will be a returning customer from here on out. Not only is Taxi Box affordable, but it's incredibly convenient. My new place I moved into was on a very busy, narrow road so my initial attempted delivery did not go as planned. However, customer service was incredibly helpful in helping me access it at their warehouse and answered every one of my questions very clearly. As always, my belongings were safe and there was no damage. They really know what they're doing. Thank you Taxi Box!

First time using TAXIBOX. Communication was amazing. I was notified in plenty of time if delivery and could also track where the driver. The driver was amazing (I'm terrible with names). Showed me how to open/close the TAXIBOX . Was very friendly, polite and professional. I am confident there will be no issue with collection, storage and redelivery.

Outstanding service from the outset by the customer service rep all the way to the friendly and helpful delivery driver. I had everything packed up ready to go, the box was delivered, I packed it and it was taken away all within 30 mins. The boxes appear small however hold a surprising amount. I fit a king bed set, side tables, mattress, 10 large (140L+) moving boxes, golf clubs, swag and still had decent amount of space to spare. Would highly recommend

We couldn't have been happier with Taxibox. From the first phone call right through to delivery of our belongings the staff that we dealt with were friendly, professional and honest. The clear instructions and personalised service as to where and when we needed our Taxiboxes were always accurate and without any fuss. The pricing of delivery and storage is affordable and excellent value for money, especially where there is an additional need to use one of their partner removalists, who were also excellent. We would highly recommend Taxibox from our experience.
