The friendly, generous, helpful Storage Plus staff could not have been more lovely. I felt taken care of, from the very first phone call, until I moved out. Nothing was too much trouble: needing to change the size of my storage space, queries about the billing cycles, absolutely everything was dealt with patiently, and with warmth. Moving house sucks, of course, but the one thing that you can depend on is the amazing service that these guys provide.Absolutely recommend.

Our business has been using Storage Plus for many years now. The staff there are extremely helpful and provide high level customer service. Jermaine (our account manager) has always handled our team with the utmost diligence. The forklift services they provide out of this world. You can clearly see the experience these drivers hold. Yes there are wait times pending the demand, however this is understandable. The cost of wait time vs overhead costs to have your own forklift is extremely minimal. most affordable way to store my items, no double handling , Mariel and Mark where very helpful and knowledgeable, Mark brought the pod and drove it straight into our driveway , gave us tips on how to load it so we can fit everything and left it for three days for us to load it with no rush. the pod was stored in a dry and secured facility
