Never stored before but I must say that the team here are exceptional. They really go above the expectations of customer service! Thank you to Lee, Jo and Simone. Such a wonderful team to deal with. Simone, Lee and Jo have all been fantastic to deal with when organising storage for our move back to the Hills. This storage facility has great features that are clean, accessible and easy to use, and pretty good pricing compared to other facilities in the area. The van and trailer hire service has come in handy a number of times during our move. Most importantly, it's a safe premises and we feel at peace that our goods are stored securely until our new home is ready. I’ve been renting at StorHub for over a year now, starting in a 13m² locker, then moving to an 18m², and now into a 30m² space as my business has grown. I can confidently say that without the excellent prices, outstanding customer service, and on-site meeting room availability, that growth wouldn’t have been possible. Simone, Lee, and Jo have been incredible every step of the way, always friendly, professional, and willing to go above and beyond to help. Initially, I Google searched for reputable self-storage within close proximity and for some reasons Google did not show StorHub as one of the options. It was not until I searched for the right unit sizes to accommodate my flat packs to store my household goods that all of a sudden StorHub suddenly appeared. The website alone is quite enticing and very informative. This induced me to phone StorHub and was able to speak to Jo. Communication was great. It was so impressive which induced me to physically visit the location. Both Simone and Jo were there. They answered all queries and concerns in mind. Their prompt responses to email inquiries and whatever documents I asked to be sent to me was really impressive. I can attests that StorHub aims to maintain a long term relationship with their clients. StorHub offered 50% discount on the initial month and even went to the extent of providing a 'courtesy' truck to be used from 9.30am to 5.30am. Indeed, such a great support for such a big move. The office offers 'complimentary' cold and/or hot drinks during working hours. So in between the trips, we got unlimited free drinks. The storage facility is super clean, spacious and at a very affordable rate compared to other known storage companies in town. StorHub is more customer-focus and ensures that their clients are happy and their goods are kept safe 24/7. It matters how a storage company treats their customers. In my case, it lessened a surmountable stress during the move. Overall, StorHub provided me a hassle-free transaction, a great customer service (easily approachable and upfront). It's pleasing environment will make this storage very popular in time.
