I’ve had a fantastic experience renting a storage unit here! The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access, but what really sets it apart is the outstanding customer service. Vicky and Josh were incredibly helpful, especially when I needed to upgrade to a larger unit. They made the process quick and hassle-free, answering all my questions and ensuring I got exactly what I needed. Their friendly and professional attitude made a stressful situation so much easier. Absolutely thrilled with the service I received from Vicky at your St Marys office. From the moment I spoke to her on the phone to meeting in person I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Vicky genuinely cared taking the time to listen to my needs and concerns. Throughout my experience, it was evident that she goes above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. Vicky offered personalised recommendations and followed up to make sure everything was going smoothly even staying back to make sure I could access the unit. I left feeling valued and appreciated, which is a rarity these days. I strongly recommend Vicky and Roomia St Marys to anyone seeking outstanding service and genuine care for storage needs. They have certainly earned my loyalty!
