National Storage - Pymble

John at National Storage, Pymble, is exceptionally helpful and makes the whole process simple, easy and economical. The facility is good, parking is easy and the price is right. We use a personal unit and a unit for business storage. We would highly recommend them!

John at National Storage Pymble has been incredible. From the moment I first spoke with him, he went above and beyond for us. He’s kind, understanding, responsive, and always willing to help — his support has truly made a difference during a very overwhelming and difficult time. I have been meaning to leave a review for a while now, however I have been very busy starting a new business and sadly didn't get around to it. But im here now & I am big believer that credit should be given when it is due so here goes - John is an absolute pleasure to deal with, professional, helpful & overall a very nice person. I think he is a major asset to your company & from what I can see from the other reviews alot of people share the same view. I travel lots and visit many locations and deal with a lot of businesses, and I would have to say John to deal with is my top pick. When I had storage with your company, he even gave me words of encouragement each time he saw me when I first started my business, which helped keep my head up in the initial tough times. I would highly recommend storing here and dealing with John.

5 star storage facility ⭐️ John is excellent to deal with and very personable. He was extremely helpful in helping me find the right storage and always helped with providing a solution to problems. He is an excellent operator of the building and storage facility itself is underground and in a very good spot. Would recommend 10/10

John and Jasper make this the only place you want to use for your storage needs. They are beyond helpful, prices are the cheapest around and because of the undercover parking and access you’re not moving your things in the heat or the rain. If you have a storage unit on the second floor they forklift your stuff up there for you! Ample trolleys, clean, clear and bright so you can see what you’re doing. We even hired their truck and it’s cheaper than any other rental truck.
