We opted for the 'limited accessibility' which means it's an upper floor unit and a lot cheaper. There's no elevator so we loaded our things into a giant wooden box which John lifts to the upper level with a forklift (no extra charge for this). You can also access the upper level with stairs. It's an old building but very clean and the loading area is undercover.
We also hired the truck which was reliable, easy to drive, has a lift and reversing camera (byo tie down straps). John is super kind, helpful and accommodating so you will be well looked after. Thanks John!

John and Jasper make this the only place you want to use for your storage needs. They are beyond helpful, prices are the cheapest around and because of the undercover parking and access you’re not moving your things in the heat or the rain. If you have a storage unit on the second floor they forklift your stuff up there for you! Ample trolleys, clean, clear and bright so you can see what you’re doing. We even hired their truck and it’s cheaper than any other rental truck.

There was some hiccups along the way such as my code not working and finding out there is no lift to the second floor. But the service team were helpful and there was no waiting on the phone. The reception is open on a Saturday.
