So far happy customer, staff has always been helpful, and i haven't had any bad experiences whatsover in spite of multiple trips to my unit.
The place is in poor state as multiple reviewers commented, but you get what you pay for indeed. The antiquated goods lift is freakin slow indeed, and that's why the first floor units are cheap, but that's not a complaint, just a comment. The place is secure, dry (fingers crossed in this weather), and the bathroom are not worst than any facility or commerce nearby.
I just gave 4 stars for the access gates keypads, that could be fixed/improved for not much money, and would remove a lot of frustrating backbreaking attempts at reaching out through the window...
