I was very happy with the experience. I needed a place to store a part of my luggage while travelling and rented a unit for two months. The reservation and move-in was very uncomplicated with helpful staff. The monthly fee gets withdrawn automatically and there is no notice needed to terminate the agreement. Instead, you just empty the unit, inform the reception and get the refund for the remainder of the month.

I recently hired a storage unit at Kennards Storage Ultimo for 5 months and had an excellent experience throughout. The location is incredibly convenient, and I had easy access to my unit whenever I needed it. The staff were always friendly, professional, and helpful, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone needing secure and reliable storage in Sydney!
