Kennards Self Storage - Gladesville

Had a fantastic, though short, experience with Kennards Gladesville. I recently rented one of their half garage units for a month and ended up only needing it for a little over a week. When I arrived, Amber very kindly walked me through the facility and explained how to access my unit. Everything was clean, dry and secure. When I cancelled my rental agreement, Kennards clearly communicated what I needed to do and Gary very kindly refunded my excess rent afterwards. Highly recommend if you need self storage.

1. All Staff are friendly 2. Simple and smooth process to move in and move out 3. Reasonable fee for storage 4. Storage room is dry, as the air flow in the block is good. 5. Some staff can speak Chinese. Amber is one of them. The girl is very kind. helpful and professional. Highly recommend Kennards Gladesville!

First time with any storage facility and I have found Kennards at Gladesville very helpful and obliging. At no time did I feel pressured to take this or that, in fact, refreshingly, the Kennard’s business philosophy seems to be to put the customer’s needs first and make it easy and very fair. I have been to this location twice now in 3 months, and both times I have been really, really impressed by their friendly customer service and efficiency. I ordered moving boxes online, and they were ready for collection in less than 30 minutes. A wonderful staff member helped me fit everything into the boot. The range of moving boxes they have is great, and the prices are cheaper than a lot of other places I have purchased boxes from. They also offer to buy back boxes which is really helpful, and I will definitely be trying out!

Both Gary and Amber have been extremely helpful, in assisting with our storage needs over the years. Gary has gone the extra mile in 'retrieving' tools which I (Lester Cantem) have absentmindedly, left behind on the Kennards' trolleys. Amber has been exceptional in finding the best value units for us as our needs changed over the years. We recommend them highly and we recommend Kennards as the premier storage company, for your storage needs. Kennards, Gladesville is clean, tidy, offers 24 hour access and is well lit. Onsite parking is readily available and a GoGet Van 'lives' on the premises which has come in extremely handy for us.
