Kennards Self Storage - Gladesville

Firstly , it was with a degree of sadness that I moved out of the Kennnards Storage today. I had been using this facility for 4 years without one complaint. I have nothing but praise for this organisation and the two ambassadors of it at the Gladesville branch ; Gary and Amber. Gary has been the unassuming gentleman every time I have had the pleasure of dealing with him. Amber has been a genuine and sincere personification of grade 1 service for the company. Both exemplary human beings. . With all that said I bid you farewell and recommend you to the entire population of Sydney with stuff to store . ! 😉😃❤️

Hi all! Needed a storage box for my stuff after a move and the staff were great! Had used Kennards Storage before and was more than happy to go back when need arose. Lots of trolleys to help moving stuff around, and security is reassuring. Thank you Amber and Gary 🎉🎉🎉 Recommended

Had a fantastic, though short, experience with Kennards Gladesville. I recently rented one of their half garage units for a month and ended up only needing it for a little over a week. When I arrived, Amber very kindly walked me through the facility and explained how to access my unit. Everything was clean, dry and secure. When I cancelled my rental agreement, Kennards clearly communicated what I needed to do and Gary very kindly refunded my excess rent afterwards. Highly recommend if you need self storage.

So pleased with the service. Amber was extremely patient, helpful & efficient. Highly recommend getting your boxes & returning them for some money after the job.

I moved from here a few years ago to the storage place down the road next to McDonalds. I had nothing but trouble there (a break in and water damage and the gates jamming) and of course there was no compensation - just constant rent increases. Now to Kennards who are miles above that place down the road. The Kennards facility is properly built and is run properly. I’ve not seen any gates or other signs of failure at Kennards in Gladesville. As they say “you get what you pay for” and it’s worth the peace of mind to have your items stored at a clean, secure and safe facility. When looking for a storage facility DON’T look for the cheapest place. Look at the condition of the place first. Are all the corridors lighted? Is the place clean? Is there anything that looks wrong? If the corridors are not lit all the time it’s easy for thieves to work. A small but important fact. Choose a cheap place and you could be sorry like I was.
