Use this facility for the 1st time and could not be more impressed by the professionalism of the staff member present. His name was Tin. He was so helpful, accommodating and polite. I was tossing up between using other storage facilities near the area. But Tin was the deciding factor we chose to go with this place. Gave us confidence that we will be looked after.

I used Kennards Artarmon as a parcel point drop off. This is a super convenient location. You can drive in and park right at the door. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Even open on Sundays! I highly recommend.

Kennards Self Storage Artarmon is a professional operation with a wide variety of high quality boxes available as well as multiple storage options and trailer hire. The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Note access is from Norton Lane from the Northbound Pacific Highway.

I stored all my belongings here for six months while I was overseas and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Everything came back in perfect condition — no dust, no pests, and no signs of deterioration, even with electronics. The facility is spotless and the staff are friendly and professional. I wouldn’t go anywhere else — this is the best storage service I’ve found.

I get my packages sent to kennards, as opposed to my home address, *I live in government housing and my packages go missing "mysteriously", whenever I have them sent to my home* They're very friendly and competent staff, the store has long opening hours and they keep your forgotten packages for far longer than other stores will. They require identification on pick up, so there's no risk of your package being picked up by another person by mistake ☺️👍 Thank you guys
