Staff at Kennards Self Storage Artarmon NSW are fantastic. They are very friendly, polite, responsible, responsive and patience. I needed the boxes urgently for my move over the weekend. Leanne, and Alfred arranged specially this for me, and James delivered the boxes in his own car. I really appreciate their excellent services. Highly recommend this store.

From Day 1 to the end, overall a very positive experience for me with Kennards. Thank you to Lorena for helping me on my last day. In my case a short-term (3 month) rental.

Great customer service - very attentive. Staff are amazing - knowledgeable and friendly. Great that Kennards refund unused purchased boxes, and there is a possibility to re-buy used boxes. Easy access to the units and the accessibility to trolleys is definitely a huge plus.

Lenard’s was fantastic, we did click and collect, it was ready super fast and they have a box but back scheme. Leanne at the front desk was so nice and helpful too.
