Exceptional service. We both work in the customer service industry and it's very rare to use the term exceptional, but for Brad, Adam & the team it doesn't really even do them justice. We needed space and from the moment we called them the communication through email to phone or in person was fantastic and seamless. The property and facilities are always clean & well maintained and the boys are always happy and ready for a chat if they aren't super busy. If you have a concern with a payment or an emergency happens, they were always understanding and ready to help if they could. The management of Kennards have an amazing team at the Caringbah site as I'm sure they do at every other one. We will never use anyone else, ONLY Kennards. I have stored with caringbah kennards for many years as a remote area worker. Service has always been positive and helpful. Facility is clean, secure and well managed. They had recently assisted me remotely with an uplift of my belongings with no family in the area anymore, wasn't technically their responsibility but managed it for me professionally without complaint.

Adam and Brad of Kennards Self Storage were outstanding in providing exemplary support and a compassionate personable approach to me when I found myself between homes following diagnosis of advanced metastatic cancer and needing to store somecof my personal effects. The facility is secure, clean,well maintained and provision of bathroom and vending machine helpful. When you are facing challenges in life it is important to have peace of mind when entrusting items of value to others.
