Russell was the perfect host. Clearly explaining the entry and exit process to the building, offering advice and tips on the best way to get to my storage unit. The facility itself is clean, tidy and secure. The perfect place to store my belongings and know they're safe. The added convenience of some flat bed trolleys makes the transition of goods easier.

Excellent service from the team in Moorebank, right from our first conversation to now being settled in our journey has been the best experience, nothing is a problem here. After hours access has been the best, trolley availability, clean bathroom and wide passage space to move and everyone I’ve bumped in to when visiting have been polite. Russell and Randy are both the upmost professionals, very helpful, we've now booked a second unit and they have been very helpful with getting the right location to help us manage our moves. The facility is impeccable, super clean and easy to use, I love that there are no stairs
