Kennards Self Storage - Hoxton Park

We have been attending this storage facility for over 12 months. It is always clean and tidy. The staff are great and are greet people with a smile. One staff member, Emily goes out of her way to assist customers in the selection of items for sale.

I first spoke with Emily during my first visit consultation about pricing, and once I decided to move in, on the second visit; Paul gave me a detailed induction on the password and security system. He was warm, bubbly, and explained everything really clearly, which made the process stress-free. The staff here are always friendly and helpful, and they truly go out of their way to make you feel welcome. I’ve rented storage units elsewhere before, but this is by far the most affordable with quality and care. You get what you pay for. And so what sets them apart as well is the 24/7 access, unlike other places that only allow entry during set hours thr your locked out and cant access ur unit. The security is also excellent and gives you real peace of mind. Overall, the service, accessibility, and affordability make this the best storage facility I’ve used.

Me and my brother are very amazed by the lovely service by both staff this afternoon. We both drove from Canberra to drop off the donation stuff to a freight company. The beautiful staff were able to provide us with accurate size box and tools to dismantle the TV stand so that were able to freight it with the other stuff. They also helped us pack and tape the box without any extra charge. There kindness made our afternoon and we were able to drop off the donation stuff to the freight company before closing time. I went to Kennards to return a parcel as they are also a parcelpoint service. The front desk staff, Paul and Brooke, were so helpful and friendly - it made my day! They sorted out my return in seconds. I’d return a parcel here everyday if I could. Thanks Paul and Brooke!!
