Kennards Self Storage - Hoxton Park

Me and my brother are very amazed by the lovely service by both staff this afternoon. We both drove from Canberra to drop off the donation stuff to a freight company. The beautiful staff were able to provide us with accurate size box and tools to dismantle the TV stand so that were able to freight it with the other stuff. They also helped us pack and tape the box without any extra charge. There kindness made our afternoon and we were able to drop off the donation stuff to the freight company before closing time. I went to Kennards to return a parcel as they are also a parcelpoint service. The front desk staff, Paul and Brooke, were so helpful and friendly - it made my day! They sorted out my return in seconds. I’d return a parcel here everyday if I could. Thanks Paul and Brooke!!

The staff are always helpful and provided me with good advice. Kennards’ security system is works well. The instructions on accessing my storage were clear and easy to follow. I stored my possessions over three years and I found they were in just as good a condition as when I stored them.

Absolutely amazing storage space, the staff are fantastic! They are kind and supportive and go above and beyond. The storage unit was clean and well secured with lots of space, the trolleys used to transport storage from your vehicle to the storage unit were always clean and worked well. This was the first time I’ve had to use a storage unit and I am so pleased with this experience, if I ever have to rent a storage unit again I’ll definitely be coming back here!
