Easy access, staff were great, explained how it all works clearly. The padlock i purchased through them wasn't fit for the container but they promptly sourced an alternative that works. The available trolleys were well maintained and in a easy to locate place. Would recommend if short term storage is needed.

We had to move our van ASAP within 3 days, not much notice given. Tried all of wollongong but nothing, until we popped into Albion Park and asked, lucky we did Sam was absolutely so caring & amazing to deal with. She had 3 spots left and sold it to us. But they are the most expensive $290 p month in the Illawarra.

Friendly,helpful staff.Great,affordable units with easy access.I booked my unit online and when i went to view the unit i was walked there in person by the lovely lady working there,she explained everything to me and was just lovely,its great to see such fantastic customer service still exists.I highly recommend for your storage needs.👌

Super easy to deal with. Having to move house in a hurry needed to hire a storage unit. Initially one then a second. Supplies such as boxes, bubble wrap tape, tissue papers. Nothing was a problem. All done with a smile and pleasant manner. Could not recommend them highly enough. If I need a unit in the future they are my first choice.
