I normally pick up / drop off Amazon deliveries from West Newcastle as the service is *always* friendly, efficient and super organised + there’s the convenience of picking up packing supplies. Well, hello Wickham … enjoying the same friendly and efficient services in a shop that’s more like a show room! I couldn’t recommend either store more highly.

Helpful staff and a great facility .. reasonably priced too. We were able to unload in the dry even when raining… not ‘super’ easy to get to tucked up the back of an industrial estate but if you’re not visiting every day who cares!

Great customer service when picking up a parcel. It’s very accessible as the office is open 7 days per week until 6pm. Would recommend using Kennards Hire Wickham as a parcel pick up location.
