Di really took the time to listen to my needs and provided me with the perfect storage solution. She went above and beyond, offering multiple options and even making phone calls to ensure I got the best unit at the best price. It’s clear that she always had my needs as her top priority. Highly recommend!

Di the manager was one of the loveliest people I've ever dealt with. She treated me with the utmost respect, had exemplary customer service and was very accommodating to me in my hour of need. Without a doubt, I will use Kennards services again (even if they were double the price to other competitors, just to have that friendly service) A lot of people in the customer service industry could learn a thing or two from Diana, that's how pleasant she was to deal with! The storage options were quite vast and super secure, the 24/7 option to visit was a huge plus for me and ease of the service in general.
