Kennards Self Storage - Cardiff

I looked at several storage units and for me Kennards came on top and specifically Kennards at Cardiff. Mick the Manager was helpful in explaining and showing the various storage unit types and sizes. The facility has good access roads. The premise is maintained very well. The registration process was simple and all done electronically. A big thanks to Mick for patiently answering all the questions we had.

I stored my belongings at Kennards Self Storage in Cardiff for 13 months. They have an easy booking process and moving in was a breeze. The units are clean and easily accessible. I felt safe there and plenty of trolleys available. The staff were good to deal with too. Thanks for storing my stuff!!

I had an exceptional experience with Di, the customer service representative! She was incredibly informative, friendly, and made the entire process so easy to navigate. Di really took the time to listen to my needs and provided me with the perfect storage solution. She went above and beyond, offering multiple options and even making phone calls to ensure I got the best unit at the best price. It’s clear that she always had my needs as her top priority. Highly recommend!

Di the manager was one of the loveliest people I've ever dealt with. She treated me with the utmost respect, had exemplary customer service and was very accommodating to me in my hour of need. Without a doubt, I will use Kennards services again (even if they were double the price to other competitors, just to have that friendly service) A lot of people in the customer service industry could learn a thing or two from Diana, that's how pleasant she was to deal with! The storage options were quite vast and super secure, the 24/7 option to visit was a huge plus for me and ease of the service in general.
