Kennards Self Storage - Cardiff

I stored my belongings at Kennards Self Storage in Cardiff for 13 months. They have an easy booking process and moving in was a breeze. The units are clean and easily accessible. I felt safe there and plenty of trolleys available. The staff were good to deal with too. Thanks for storing my stuff!!

I had an exceptional experience with Di, the customer service representative! She was incredibly informative, friendly, and made the entire process so easy to navigate. Di really took the time to listen to my needs and provided me with the perfect storage solution. She went above and beyond, offering multiple options and even making phone calls to ensure I got the best unit at the best price. It’s clear that she always had my needs as her top priority. Highly recommend!

Di the manager was one of the loveliest people I've ever dealt with. She treated me with the utmost respect, had exemplary customer service and was very accommodating to me in my hour of need. Without a doubt, I will use Kennards services again (even if they were double the price to other competitors, just to have that friendly service) A lot of people in the customer service industry could learn a thing or two from Diana, that's how pleasant she was to deal with! The storage options were quite vast and super secure, the 24/7 option to visit was a huge plus for me and ease of the service in general.

Firstly I would like to commend the excellent phone manner of Michelle from Kennards at Cardiff. I called up for some quotes and Michelle was very polite and her knowledge and recommendations in yr sheds and products was extensive. She was so very helpful and I will be renting a storage shed from her in the near future.

I had to drop off a parcel for a store return. I was greeted by the LOVELIEST lady, named Di. This is my 2nd positive experience with her who can never do enough to help me. Customer service such as this is so rare.
