Kennards Self Storage - Castle Hill

Kennards Castle is a super convenient and clean place! I used it to receive and return my SHEIN packages, and the whole process was incredibly efficient. The experience was smooth and hassle-free. What really stands out is that they’re open seven days a week, which is a huge plus for someone like me who can only drop off returns on weekends. Most other places only operate five days a week, so this flexibility makes a big difference. Highly recommended!

Fantastic service! We called before coming in today, and advised we wanted to pick up there small moving bundle we'd seen online (great value btw) and they had it ready to go for us when we got in store. They even helped us fit them into our car! Great experience.

Have recently rented our 3rd unit from Castle Hill Kennards. We originally chose it for location, reasonable price and the friendliness of the staff. It has always been the same experience. The facilities are always clean. A variety of trolleys and pallet lift have been helpful, with the move in. Having the store on hand for bags, boxes, packaging materials and padlocks is really handy, and coffee, tea and a refreshment machine is also a bonus.

Kennards Storage Castle Hill should be your first choice if you are looking for storage in this vicinity, or anywhere. In addition to the ease in getting to it's location, the ease in booking the facility is seamless. There are very helpful staff that allocate your storage in a very clean, well maintained and secure facility. They offer moving boxes. There are trolleys of all shapes and sizes. There is ample parking, spotless toilets and snack machines. I was almost disappointed to have to move my items out. I cannot recommend Kennards Storage Castle Hill enough if you need storage. Oh, and they had already arranged for the refund for the end of our contract before I had contacted them. They were onto it like a seagull on to a chip. I didn’t have to do anything!!!!! Other than say thank you. 11 out of 10.

Selling and moving a home is never easy, when we needed additional storage space we went to Kennards. The process was easy, and the team at Castle Hill called up to ensure we got the best located available unit in their site. Ongoing access was a breeze, as was returning the unit when we were fully into our new home.
