Kennards Self Storage - Box Hill

After poor service elsewhere, I came here to drop off parcels to be returned via parcelpoint. I had very friendly service from Terry, who was more than happy to assist. I Convenient parking right at the door for a quick drop off. Will definitely use this return point again next time!

He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Terry took the time to explain the storage options and helped me find the perfect solution for my needs. It’s rare to come across such a genuinely helpful and approachable staff member. Super convenient and very helpful/friendly. We just moved to a slightly larger unit within the building and the process was so easy. Old unit just transfers to the new unit so no double charges. And Terry is just fantastic to deal with!

Already had a storage unit with them. When my recent move didn’t go to plan the staff informed me about their 2nd hand box bundles and box buy back Program for new boxes. The 2nd hand boxes have been great and have held up to moving and longer term storage. While Kenards only buy back new boxes the 2nd hand ones can be used again or as awesome building material for the kids. The team at Box bill were also great in helping me choose the right boxes for my needs and suggesting storage units that suit my needs, even if they change.

An experience i cant forget in getting my items in and out. Terry and Portia were amazing people that facilitated my storage requirements with a breeze..A highly recommended storage facility at our local. Thank you Kennards Box Hill!!
