Friendly, professional staff. A thanks to Terry. Very clean and well looked after premises. Easy access to units. Trollies to use and large lifts. They are also an easy drop off point for returns to Amazon.

All the guys and girls at Kennards Box Hill were very helpful from the start. Didn't push us into anything we didn't need, tried to give us the best options based on what size we needed. Access to the unit was super easy with different styles of trolleys and lift access. I know they are a new facility but it was super clean, which hasn't always been the case when we have stored stuff. Very handy, just up the road from our new house. We will probably keep a small unit long term as its very convenient and costs are very reasonable. I can't recommend them enough.

Outstanding customer service today during my visit to inspect a storage space. The gentleman on site was exceptionally helpful, courteous, and informative. Truly impressed with the level of service—thank you again!

After poor service elsewhere, I came here to drop off parcels to be returned via parcelpoint. I had very friendly service from Terry, who was more than happy to assist. I Convenient parking right at the door for a quick drop off. Will definitely use this return point again next time!
