I had an excellent experience at Kennards Storage Boxhill! From the moment I walked in, Terry at the Terry Road location made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Terry took the time to explain the storage options and helped me find the perfect solution for my needs. It’s rare to come across such a genuinely helpful and approachable staff member. The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-maintained. I highly recommend Kennards Storage Boxhill to anyone looking for a great storage solution!

Already had a storage unit with them. When my recent move didn’t go to plan the staff informed me about their 2nd hand box bundles and box buy back Program for new boxes. The 2nd hand boxes have been great and have held up to moving and longer term storage. While Kenards only buy back new boxes the 2nd hand ones can be used again or as awesome building material for the kids. The team at Box bill were also great in helping me choose the right boxes for my needs and suggesting storage units that suit my needs, even if they change.

I could not rate this facility more highly. It was easily accessible at all levels, was very clean and well maintained and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Moving trolleys were always available and easy to use. I would certainly return should I live in the area again.

I also appreciated the 24/7 access and the high level of security with surveillance cameras and individual unit locks. Pricing was very competitive for the level of service provided.
