Easy to get setup online. Quick to get registered in the office. Staff at the unit are super helpful (Harry!). Secure with unique gate codes — can’t complain. Also it is the biggest storage in the southern hemisphere and it shows. Got handy trolleys to help move your stuff and plenty of parking.

We had a fantastic experience with Kennards Self Storage Waterloo! The staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The large yards made it easy to unload our 40-foot container, which was a huge advantage. The rental terms are very flexible, perfect for short or long-term needs. The facility is modern, clean, and very well maintained, with easy access whenever we needed it. Plus, the location is excellent, close to major roads and super convenient. Highly recommend Kennards Waterloo if you’re looking for a great facility with outstanding service!

Superb sales people with excellent problem solving skills. Using a walker and having some pain that day, I also appreciated carry to car and organise same inside. I also had a card issue that was skillfully dealt with by counter staff. All in all - and I have used this office a few times over the years - you are never disappointed with regards to service and product recommendations with these guys.

So rarely do I enjoy the experience of customer service. On both occasions in the past week, Ray at the service deck was outstanding and incredibly helpful! He even showed me a hack - how to make a square box into a rectangle box!!! Such a pleasure shopping at Kennards! And thank you Ray for solving the issue!🙏🏻

I didn’t know i can pick up my parcel from Kennards self storage at waterloo. It is quite convenient to me, especially when i missed the delivery.
