Kennards Self Storage - Moore Park

I recently had a fantastic experience at Kennards Moore Park and wanted to commend their team for their professionalism, good humor, and truly great service. From the initial rental of a storage unit to the eventual disposal of unwanted items, the process was seamless and stress-free. I especially want to call out Zane. His professionalism and helpfulness throughout were outstanding. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to assist me with every step, from selecting the right storage solution to guiding me through the disposal process. He genuinely made what could have been a challenging task remarkably easy. Management should absolutely be thrilled to have Zane on their team; he's a true asset. Beyond the exceptional staff, the facility itself was impressive. It was consistently clean and secure, which gave me great peace of mind knowing my belongings were in good hands. Overall, Kennards Moore Park provides a top-notch service, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing storage solutions.

The Centre Manger, Johnny, is exceptionally kind and professional. He took the time to answer all my questions and really made me feel like he cared about finding the right solution for me. Trusting someone with your belongings can be a bit daunting, but his honest and considerate approach made it so much easier for me. The fact that there are long-term storage tenants here I think really speaks volumes about the trust and reliability this location and team offers.
