What awesome customer service! I made a box order for my upcoming move, and my courier didn't show to pick them up (I don't have a car). A team member kindly offered to drop them off on his way home. This meant I could spend the weekend packing and didn't need to wait until Tuesday to organise some other way of collecting.
This is really the definition of over and above and I just can't say thank you enough.

From the day i moved my stuff you guys have been nothing but kind and helpful my experience was 100% the best. From helping me with lost keys and gate codes and few other things I really appreciate all the help you also provide me why reating. I'll definitely be back one day if I ever need to.
