Dropped off my SHEIN return last week. The return was processed very quickly. The Kennards Guy was really helpful and professional. I’ve also bought boxes & bubble wrap at Kennards. Always get good service.

Tony and Clint are genuine, caring individuals who manage the facility exceptionally well, and they’re always friendly, welcoming and professional. The facility itself is very secure and impeccably clean. The storage units are well-ventilated, dry, and secure. Its convenient location makes access easy. If you have valuable items that need long-term storage (antiques/art/etc), you can be confident that you won’t encounter the damage issues that often occur at other facilities, such as dampness/moisture. This facility is also a great option for small businesses and people who run online shops. Highly recommended!

Clint was very professional mannered. Kind and explained everything. Nothing was too much of a problem. We moved from Cairns. Stored everything for five months. He then referred a local person to move us again. Fantastic referral for Wayne from Vella Van Removals. And we even got a few days refund.

When I went to return an Amazon package, the system did not show the item as registered for return. Tony was brilliant. He took all the details and requested I call back later to make sure everything was good to do the return. His approach to customer service was exemplary.

Excellent service. I have been in twice over the past two days for moving items and each time the staff have been really friendly and helpful. They even carry the boxes to the car for you!
