Kennards Self Storage - Erina

The team at Kennards Erina were great not only were they friendly but also helpful. The young bloke working in the office went out of his way to help me out I which made the whole experience much easier, especially since I was sent in by the wife to grab the right stuff to protect the mountains of junk “books” for the third time. The only downside was the pricing definitely a bit more expensive than Bunnings for similar items, which is a bit frustrating. Would be great if they had a “product of the month” on special or something like that to balance it out. All up though, great service and a good range. Would go back.

I’m very happy with the service at Kennards Self Storage Erina! They bought back my unused boxes at full price and even accepted used boxes that were still in good condition. The gentleman at the front counter was very polite and provided excellent customer service. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for storage with helpful and professional staff!

Went to pickup a parcel from the Erina store at closing time. Met the friendly, joking Tony that made my day. Nice to see somebody enjoying what they do. He is a true asset to your team!

Tony and Clint are genuine, caring individuals who manage the facility exceptionally well, and they’re always friendly, welcoming and professional. The facility itself is very secure and impeccably clean. The storage units are well-ventilated, dry, and secure. Its convenient location makes access easy. If you have valuable items that need long-term storage (antiques/art/etc), you can be confident that you won’t encounter the damage issues that often occur at other facilities, such as dampness/moisture. This facility is also a great option for small businesses and people who run online shops. Highly recommended!

I visited Kennards Self Storage Erina about 6 times before my move. They were always so welcoming and knowledgeable. The boxes are fantastic, very sturdy and strong. I love that I was able to return unused boxes for a full refund and all used boxes for a partial refund. Highly recommend.
