Kennards Self Storage - Fyshwick

Lovely service from Phil despite me turning up when the doors were barely open! Walked me through everything so thoroughly, I didn’t feel rushed at all. So friendly and engaging too - completely confident in where I’ve left my things & looking forward to the moving out process too as I’m sure it’ll be equally thorough & friendly. Too good! Closet size also surprised me - I barely took up any space in the unit which is a huge win for future moves if I can fit even more stuff in there :D

The managers on shift for the days we were there, were incredibly helpful, and lovely people to deal with. It was thoughtful of them to check in on us occasionally to see if we were settling things into storage successfully. Security is excellent; again, friendly but alert and quick to respond. The while facility is neat as a pin. While it could do with some extra guest facilities to reduce the long walk, the whole place is very well maintained, with parts in near new condition.

Great service. I rented a storage unite for 8 months. Easy to move in and easy to move out. Prices were good and when moving out the unused portion of the month is refunded immediately. No hassle with needing to notify for leaving.

Phil was a wonderful server. I stored my items with Kennards for about a month, and my Mum and I were both thrilled with his service. His instructions were clear and simple, and he was extremely helpful. He even came out to check that we were alright when we were having some trouble getting through the gate the first time. He was the perfect level of caring and distant. Incredible service and storage units were clean and easy to access, I’d recommend Kennards to anyone looking to store precious items, short or long term. Thank you Kennards and thank Phil!

I dropped in to send off an Amazon return and the service was fantastic, easy park, simple process and served with a smile. I would definitely recommend.
